We believe your network diagrams are your business, not ours. ## Data Storage All network diagrams you create are stored: - **Locally on your device** in your local storage - **In your personal iCloud Drive** (if you choose to enable iCloud for the app) We do not have access to your diagrams, cannot view them, and do not store them on any servers we control. ## iCloud Storage If you enable iCloud Drive for NetSketch: - Your diagrams are stored in your personal iCloud account - Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy applies to this data - We do not have access to your iCloud data - You can disable iCloud sync at any time in iOS Settings For more information about iCloud privacy, please review Apple's privacy policy at: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ ## Photo Library Access NetSketch may request permission to add images to your photo library when you choose to export a diagram as a PNG or PDF and save it to Photos. - The app only **writes** to your photo library — it never reads, scans, or accesses any existing photos or images - This permission is requested at the moment you first choose to save an export to Photos - If you decline, exports can still be saved to Files or shared via the standard share sheet - You can revoke this permission at any time in **Settings > NetSketch** We do not receive, transmit, or store any content from your photo library. ## Third-Party Services NetSketch does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We don't use: - Analytics platforms - Advertising networks - Crash reporting services - Usage tracking - Social media integrations ## Exported Files When you export your diagrams: - PNG, PDF, and SVG files are created locally on your device - You control where these files are shared or stored - We do not receive copies of your exported files ## Apple Privacy Manifest NetSketch includes an Apple-required Privacy Manifest (`PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy`) embedded in the app bundle. This manifest formally declares to Apple's App Store review infrastructure that: - **Tracking:** Disabled — NetSketch does not track users across apps or websites - **Tracking domains:** None — the app makes no outbound network connections to advertising or analytics endpoints - **Data collection:** None — no data types are collected, linked to your identity, or sent off your device - **Required-reason APIs:** None — NetSketch does not call any of Apple's sensitive system APIs (such as UserDefaults, file timestamps, disk space queries, or system uptime) that could be used for device fingerprinting This manifest is verified by Apple during every App Store submission and can be inspected using Xcode's Privacy Report tool. ## Children's Privacy NetSketch is suitable for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information, there is no special handling required for children under 13. ## Your Rights Since we don't collect any personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete.
